The stock car above and below are both the  early litho version with lithographed roof. The version above is from 1910-11 with a flat frame and hook couplers on T-Trucks. The version below is probably from 1913-14 with an embossed frame and automatic couplers on High Marklin trucks.

Circa 1910-11, this example has a painted red roof.
