No. 117 Platform    (Circa 1905-13)

Circa 1905-1906 - Earliest full litho No. 117. Note that this has a one piece roof with TWO etched "PASSENGER and STATION" plates lithographed in red diamonds. The roof also has a full strip of Ives stock (bridge girder) around the edges. The base has the hex litho. the bench on this one is cherry stripes. The platform below is another example of the same period, note the style of the early bench and that the plates on this one are 'SUBURBAN' and 'STATION'.

Circa 1905-1906 - Early roof with full cherry stripped girder, two etched signs "SUBURBAN' and 'STATION', early benches and posts.

Close up of early benches and poles

Circa 1903-04 - Early benches, double signs, full lattice.

Circa 1906-1908 - This one still has the diamond roof, but it is now a two-piece roof with a single etched plate. The fringe on the roof has been cut to half of an IVES standard stock girder.

This one is a little confusing as it has the double sign, but no lattice work and has the later benches.

Circa 1910 - Lithographed roof has changed to the double-hex pattern, single sign that says "SUBURBAN STATION", diamond litho base with litho  benches (one missing). We don't know where the posts came from on this example but they're not Ives.
