No 3250    (Circa 1919-21)

The earliest 3250 had small silver lettering with the word "MOTOR" stamped above the number, this example is blue/gray with red windows and steps. The example below is almost peacock in color, but these engines probabl started out as the same color.

Circa 1920 notice larger lettering and the word "MOTOR" is below the number

The one is numbered 3250 and appears to be early, but it has a headlight. Either a conversion or actually a 3252 with wrong number.

Same coloring as above but the lettering below the number has changed to "N.Y.C. & H.R."
